Husband: “Remember our trip to Gettysburg?”
Me: “Yeah.”
Husband: “Didn’t we go camping then it rained?”
Me: “No idea. I thought we just drove around the area on our way home from somewhere else.”
Husband: “No, we were camping. Then we hiked all around Gettysburg. You don’t remember anything.”
Me: “But you have to ask me 5 times what is happening tomorrow. My brain is full of the stuff I have to manage day-to-day. I have scrapbooks to help me remember the past.”
Husband: “So it’s like you are RAM and I am ROM.”
I love that man.
