Shred Level 2: Squat Thrusts? Planks?

So there I was, boasting how easy the Shred was getting for me. Patting myself on the back for running 7 miles. Giggling with glee for losing 7 pounds.
Then I, well, um, fell down my stairs. A whole flight of stairs, carrying a basketful of laundry. I did a roll-over and everything. Two days later I burned my right hand on our wood stove, making it very hard for me to type or even sleep because I had to keep ice on it for a whole night.
I lost a few days of Shred progress. I started up again this morning, moving on to Level Two, also known as the “Squat thrusts? Are you effin’ kidding me?” workout.
Die.
The squat thrusts kicked my trash and if I hear the word PLANK again… But on the plus side? Progress. Less pouch in the belly. Tighter ass. I’m likin’ it.
So this Shred workout seems to deliver on its promise. Not just for me, but for a lot of other Shredheads. Check out the progress here.
