Homeschooling Custom Search Engine

// 12.27.07 // Filed under: Homeschooling, Link Love

HomeSchoolBuzz has implemented a Homeschooling custom search engine — a Google search engine limited to homeschooling-related sites. You can suggest your favorite site to be included, add the search box to your blog, or add the search engine to your Firefox search toolbar.

Thanks to HomeSchoolBuzz for their efforts!

I did this last summer and filtered out all the fundie sites from the search. Nobody ever uses it.

    Thanks for the link Shannon!
FYI: the goal of this search engine is to include all kinds of homeschool sites regardless of politics or religion. By customizing it toward homeschoolers you get much more focused results than searching the entire internet. However, I need volunteers and suggestions for sites.
