I usually just have a cup of coffee and that's it :X and I'm not hungry again until at LEAST eleven, if not later...but since I always feel like I "should" eat breakfast...I try it for a few days, then I end up pigging out all.day.long. starting at 10. it's wierd!!! blah. lol ;)</description>

		<description>Bananas, baby! 

A banana works for me in the morning. There's no prep work, it's satisfying, and it's soo easy. I can grab it on the way out the door and whip the peel out the window without guilt when I'm finished. It tides me over pretty good until lunch, and doesn't make me ravenous by 11 a.m.</description>

		<description>I tried to stick to the program this week, but like you I was hungry mid morning when I ate breakfast. However, I did notice that I ate less in the evening when I ate breakfast. I didn't do too well with the water either. I usually had a Dr. Pepper or hot tea. Sorry I'll try again with the water thing. Are you sure it's not too early to start exercising? Shouldn't we stretch for a week or four before we move right into exercise?</description>

		<description>I have the same problem when I eat a "real" breakfast, I end up starving by 10-11am and the whole eating pattern for the day is thrown completely out of whack.</description>

		<description>I believe the phrase "everything in moderation" applies here.  However, it is best to eat 6-8 small meals/snacks each day than 3 larger meals.  Also, some foods are better at increasing metabolism and encouraging digestion than others.  Vitamins will also ensure that your body's enzymes mroe efficiently bind to and process various foods for maximum benefit.  Pick up a good dietary book for additional info.</description>

Oh and I am not good at exercising at all. LOL But today I went for a walk with the DH and kids and I think we were gone for 20 minutes? Good times. :)</description>
