Wiped Out

Summer is here. We turned on the AC for the first time, got the fans out of the basement, and unpacked our summer clothes from the cedar chest. I can now wander around the house in my Daisy Dukes (which I wear ONLY in the house because, trust me y’all, it aint that pretty).
This weekend was non-stop busy. Baseball game Friday night and Saturday morning, then a birthday party, then L had a friend sleepover, then another birthday party on Sunday. Monday I need to vacuum the pool and dump in about 70 pounds of chemicals. My daughter has taken all the activity in stride…
As you can see, I finished my new design and upgrade to Wordpress 2.2! I am very proud of this design. Unfortunately, my favorite plugin, Subscribe to Comments, is not working with 2.2. I know many of you enjoyed that functionality and I’m hoping the author will update it soon.
PHAT = Parenting, Homeschooling And Technology. That about sums up my life at the moment.

Very cute website. I am right there with “C” , as it has been so crazy with us as well. Why is it that the first few weeks are filled with so much work before we can enjoy ourselves?
