I Need a Meme!

Hey, I got to Day 20 of National Blog Posting Month before I posted a meme! Yay me!

Today we all woke up cranky and it didn’t really wear off. I took the kids to the post office and then to the grocery store, where I spent way too much money on food for the upcoming festivities of Thanksgiving and L’s birthday party. We came home, built a fire, ate dinner, and cleaned up after C coughed so hard she gagged and threw up her dinner. Poor thing. Thankfully, she’s at the end of her cold - all her coughing is a good sign that things are clearing out. Now I am blogging and PHAT Daddy is playing Battlefront on PS2. My nephew asked for a PS3 the other day. We all laughed. VERY hard. And now for the meme…

1. If you could only read one blog every day- which one blog would be on your daily list?
Umm… Tough question. I’d have to say Why Homeschool.

2. What do you do to de-stress from a hectic day?
Talk to my husband, read blogs, have a glass of wine.

3. What is your favorite piece of clothing to wear in the winter?
My big fluffy slippers.

4. Do you prefer discussing problems with a sibling, a parent, a significant other, a psychologist, or a total stranger?
Depends on the problem. My husband is my top choice, but sometimes a psychologist can be helpful.

5. How long have you been blogging?
Since March 2005.

6. Which side of the bed?
The side that’s closer to the door, since I am the one who usually gets up with kids if they wake up in the middle of the night.

7. How often do you pig out when you eat?
I probably overeat a couple times a month, but really “pigging out” probably happens only a couple times a year.

8. Do you watch the space shuttle launches?
No. Sometimes. Usually just news clips.

9. What’s your favorite leisure-time activity?
Blogging and scrapbooking.

10. When is the last time you said, ‘I love you’ and to whom? What about hugs? Who is the last person you hugged?
My daughter when I put her to bed tonight.
