Rain is so cool. I miss thunderstorms, like we had in the midwest when I was growing up. Where I live now it just rains.

I look forward to sleepovers for my little ones. They are very excited about the prospect. "Friends, over here? To sleep? All night?"

I feel that I'm not qualified enough on about a zillion topics to tackle homeschooling; and I've never heard of that sugar substitute before.

Rain.....Are we talking summer warm rain, or dead of winter cold freezing rain? There are so many different types and I can't say I love them all. But some are nice to be outside during, Some suck monkey butt and I hate.
Thunderstorms with lots of thunder and a spectacular light show are on my list of favorite things. Love 'em.

Homeschooling I know nothing about and I would never do as I am an idiot and I want my children to become better then I.

Light as a feather???? Is that an xbox game? lol My only memory of a sleepover was with Andy (poo bear) and we almost burnt down my house on Rt. 29. But my kids can have as many as they want, but haven't asked for one yet.

Xylitol, I first heard about this around March when my Mother in law was diagnosed with ALS (lou gerhigs disease) I searched the internet to find out all I could, and found out about Glyconutrients. Glyconutrients work to keep our hormones in
balance, to fight off disease invaders, to enable blood to clot, to give our cells their structural support network and (perhaps most important of all) to create a complex cellular messaging system.
There are eight. One of which is Xylitol. Which without a suppliment I have only found in certain Gums. The suppliment which contains all 8 is very expensive. But here is an intresting fact:
Glyconutrients are so important to our health,
that Mother Nature has made provisions to ensure we
get them early on in life. Breast milk contains five
of the essential glyconutrients mentioned above.
Emerging research continues to support how important
breast-feeding is to human development--both short
term and long term. The areas most noted as positively
affected by breast milk nourishment are immune function and brain development.
One reason that breast-fed babies are protected
from infections is because breast milk is full of
glyconutrients that may actually prevent infectious
organisms from sticking to intestinal cells.

But untill now i didn't know you could buy it for home use as a sugar substatute.
