Here is C engaged in her new favorite activity – coloring. See how disciplined we are? Up at 5:30 AM and working on our art lesson by 5:50 AM! We are so excited about our art lessons that we woke up at 4 AM yesterday to get a head start on the day.

ouch! 4:00 a.m.! That’s waaaaay early!
I’ve thought about homeschooling so long now, but never actually make the move to get started. Every time I sit down to do homework with my children, I just want to scream, and I get discouraged thinking homeschooling would never work for us. I’m envious that you make it work!!
I know you were full of sarcasm and all that, but she’s pretty little to be holding that crayon so well, so I wouldn’t give up on those 5:30 am lessons.
Here from Michele’s.
Isn’t she sooo sweet though? If you have to get up @ 4 a.m., at least it’s for something wonderful!! She’s precious!
I love how intent she is…the concentration! If only she would like to concentrate like that at 8am! Take advantage of hubby and take a nap today!
Oh, yes, I picked up on the sarcasm. I think my boys have signed up for the same class as your gal…
I found you in blogexplosion and I’m glad I did. You have the cutest looking kids! I will be visiting often.
I get the sarcasm. My littlest decided last night to wake up at 1am to work on her ability to grab and pull mommy’s hair. She, and I, got back to sleep at 3am … so that her older brother could wake me up 5am because he was excited about going to the zoo.
I think we have the same children.
Sleep deprived or not, that photo is darling.
I feel your pain! My husband looked at my 3yo last night and said “sleep through the night and don’t get up until 6, I love you, good night!”
How adorable- and she even did her hair before starting ha-ha
