I know about 10 couples who’ve been married in late August or early September, so here it is… Weddings.
1. How many weddings have you attended?
Including my own, I count 20.
2. Wedding registries: Buy from the list or freestyle it?
Buy from the list.
3. Are you more likely to slow dance or participate in the chicken dance?
Chicken dance, electric slide, macarena, and you’ll find me dancing like a maniac to ANY disco tune!
4. Favorite wedding song?
You just gotta get up and shake it when “Oh What a Night” is played. Or any Donna Summer song.
5. If you could marry someone famous, who would it be?
Huh, tough one. I think it might be cool to be the wife of Bill Gates, but from an attraction standpoint, my answer is Keanu Reeves.

Including next weekend, like 9 (but I’ve rejected invitations to at least 3–two this year alone!)
2. Wedding registries: Buy from the list or freestyle it?
Buy from the list–unless everything I can afford is terrible. Then they get a gift card to one of the places they’re registered at.

Sweet Caroline. That’s a wedding song, right?
5. If you could marry someone famous, who would it be?
No one. Ain’t never getting married.

2. I will come up with my own gift idea if I feel I know the couple well enough and I’m inspired; otherwise, I’ll stick to the registry.

5. As embarrassingly common as it might be, I’ve found myself infatuated with Julia Roberts recently. At the very least, she could convincingly _act_ like someone I could love!

Looking at my recent history, slow dance. I do like to disco, but I forbade my dj to play the chicken dance (he played it anyway).

The One, sung by Elton John. That was our song

Marry? Hmmmm… I just don’t know. Have sex with? Mark Wahlberg.
